परशुराम जन्मोत्सव :

भगवान विष्णु के 6वें अवतार भगवान परशुराम जी का पृथ्वी पर अवतरण वैशाख मास के शुक्ल पक्ष की अक्षय तृतीया की पावन तिथि को हुआ था । परशुराम जी की उपस्थिति की कथाएं सतयुग से लेकर त्रेता और द्वापर युग तक मिलती हैं ।

हम बच्चों को पढ़ाते थे वो हमे (for me he was better Geographer than me) भूगोल और भूगोल के अलावां मैंने उनसे बहुत कुछ सीखा ।

वो मेरे लिए हमेशा से एक रोल मॉडल थे । आज तक मैं ऐसे किसी व्यक्ति से नही मिला जो हर फील्ड में अपनी इतनी गहरी पकड़ रखता हो ।

उन्होंने 2007 की मेरी एक डायरी में लिखा था -

प्रयाश में निरंतरता बनी रहे तो कुछ भी संभव है । - सुप्रभाष

छिबरामऊ की याद उनके बिना अधूरी सी लगती है ।

उनकी जयंती पर, उनके सानिध्य में बिताये गये मार्गदर्शक छड़ों को कोटि कोटि नमन ।
